i have some teeth which have holes is it because of that.how can i get a treatment without removing my teeth

Yes, the holes are contributing to the problem. The nerves for the teeth in front run up behind and beside your nose, up towards the eyes. Extreme temperatures would set off the nerves and the pain would be felt in the eyes and underneath them. You can get it taken care of and solve the problem by having the teeth filled. Sensitivity to cold means the pulp of the teeth is exposed and the next thing that will follow will likely be an abcess. That is extremely painful, to suffer and cure. You need to go see a dentist. Afterwards, if the problem persists, there is a toothpaste called Sensodyne made to help very sensitive teeth. Depending what condition your teeth are in, the dentist may either fill them or recommend caps. Either fix should solve your problem, but the sooner you go the better. Eventually it can deteriorate until removal is the only option.
