Confidence, Needs no medicine. It is mental state where we feel no fear or control our fear.
Confidence has four stages:
1. Unconfident
2. Lack of Confidence
3. Confidence
4. Overconfidence
Unconfident stage can be shown by physical moves also ( Shvering, Trembling etc.) but need to control through practice and positive thoughts and above all knowledge of things better than others, and every person have something better or best than others which make him confident.
Lack of Confidence can be resolved being it is temporary state of mind where confident person also feel uneasy so needs to take care of mental health. Believe in yourself is the criteria to cope up with it. We under estimate our potential which leads to lack of confidence state.
Overconfident person needs more care being they does not hear any thing which is wrong and doesnot match there specifications. They have to be cautious being confident person is on edge to go down and become overconfident or get down to lack of confident stage so confident is on cliff of mountain which is to be maintained.

Start walking with a perfect posture, with your head held high, and tell yourself over and over...I am great, I am great, I am great, I am great, until it is embedded in your head. And remember, everyone suffers from a lack of confidence in some area in their life. When you see someone who seems to have it all together, remind yourself of this, "they hide their fears well". And that is all lacking confidence is; fear. Tell yourself that you are no longer going to be inhibited by your fears. Another idea is to write down on a piece of paper preferably a bright colored, or calming yellow colored piece of paper, all of your fears. Then one by one, ask yourself why you fear that. Tell yourself that you will not let your fears inhibit you from living this one and only life you have. You can do it, tell yourself you can do it. Sometimes ppl miss great opportunities because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. Good Luck!

Wing it! Even if you don't feel confident...act like it and after practice, you will eventually become it! Also, know what you're talking about or doing...can't be confident if you don't know.
