No. But it would certainly give you a strange foot odor, and would tend to get rid of any friends you might have. Seriously, you can purchase very effective treatments over the counter at the pharmacy which will work a lot better. Get some cream for the feet and powder for your shoes. Wash your socks in nice hot water with some bleach, clean your bathroom really well, and buy some cheap shower shoes to wear in the locker room. Keep the medicated foot powder around, and after you use the locker room, powder down your feet and shoes. That will do a lot to prevent problems in future. Meantime, go whiz in the toilet and not your feet.

Sandpaper for calouses, essential oils like tea tree or clove for warts. Also warts can be taken off with dry ice by a Dr or if you have experience with a dry ice kit from a chemist & blisters well most antiseptics are great. You must describe your "spots" better in another question by getting on Google & looking at pictures to know what you have. Do they itch? If so then you could have a range of ailments from minor to very serious infection or infestation. It looks like you have access to the internet or you wouldn't be able to get on this site. If cost is an issue then you can use the internet for free at your local library.

If this is a serious question, the serious answer is that this is not only unhygenic, unappealing and so forth. It is also ineffective.
