to help resolve your itching you can take the recommended dose of benadryll rub some calamine on the itchy parts however it depends what the rash is from (what kind )

A good emolient cream from pharmacies should be fine to use. You don't usually need to see a doctor to get it unless its serious. It contains no steroids, and gives instant relief.
After washing, dry the area thoroughly and put cream on it straightaway to lock in moisture.

Hi, there are many causes for skin itch, untill you know what is causing urs, try antihistamine tablets, this will give u relief.

I agree, take benadryl or drugstore's cheaper brand works for me. I take it twice a day for itching due to eczema. hydrocortisone helps also.
