Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Cut down on your portions and eat more small meals throughout the day. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day 3 times a week. Other than that you just need to give it time. It can take a couple of weeks before you start to notice a weight loss. Keep in mind - that from the exercise you're toning up and developing muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat but is compact. So you may actually gain weight but trim down if that makes any sense. Don't give up - lots of luck!!!

Just eat everything in moderation, there is no need to diet, diets dont work. Try to eat 3 meals a day and only snack on healthy treats in between. Have special treats at the w/e such as chocs/crisps/cakes. Try walking for 20 mins/day, as its a good way to ease into exercise. Cut out white bread if you can too go for brown and eat before 7pm.

Obviously eat low fat foods.
Next watch what you eat and drink. As mentioned earlier it's easier than most people think. If you use up more calories than you eat/drink then your body will start using fat reserves as energy. Below are percentages of body weight:

Healthy Fat Levels:-
Women = 17-24%
Men = 14-20%

Guideline Daily Intake Amounts:-
Women = (kcal - 2000) (fat - 70g) (sodium(salt) - 2g)
Men = (kcal - 2500) (fat - 95g) (sodium(salt) - 2.5g)

If you reduce these Guideline Daily Amounts and do at least 30mins exercise per day you WILL lose fat. Weight loss is a misconception especially amongst women. Muscle weighs more than fat so a heavy muscular person is way healthier than a lighter fatter person.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Always have vegetables on palm. Saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in essential olive oil and garlic. Add some red pepper as well as turmeric for additional flavor along with separate into portion-sized containers with the fridge.

Distracted dining will get you in trouble. Avoid eating facing a television or in a movie theater, as you're bound to take in more calories.
