I was at work and i overheard a girl talk to our boss, sayin that she got a crush on me. i thought they were jokin since i could overhear it and now the girl tries to be nice to me and hangs in all my ways but i am undecided of what should i do???could smone help me???

Dating people you work with is always a bad idea. Just imagine how you would feel if you had a relationship with this girl for a while, then things went wrong for some reason, you broke up with her, and still had to see her at work every day. Awkward.
