You can run but you cant hide....why did you run if you didnt do it? if you really didnt do it, then you are totally screwed man, once the coppers catch you, you'll be in for a long long time....
Let me tell you a story;
Donkey in the well
One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally he decided the animal was old, that the well needed to be covered anyway and that it just wasn't worth retrieving the donkey. So he invited all his neighbours to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement, he quietened down. A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well and was astonished at what he saw. With every shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up. As the farmer's neighbours continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and trotted off! Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up.

What do you mean 'what happens'? You either try to keep running and get caught eventually when you are pulled over (there will be a warrant for your arrest) or you hand yourself in and get a damn good lawyer. Either way, looks like you're gonna be someone's b*tch and learn all about rape and what it's like.
Do you know what general population think of men who rape women?.. It's not a pretty thing.
If you really didn't do it, man I can only say that's a bad deal dude. Look at that case recently with the chick who cried rape then there was evidence on video of her forcing herself onto every guy there. I just hope the truth can somehow come out because it's nothing to be talking about on here.

You turn yourself in. What "you" did is disgusting, horrible, sick and you deserve to suffer in jail where you can enjoy the consequences of your actions. Let's hope that some huge rapist gives you a taste of your own medicine.

you dont turn yourself in first off and second off you stay low, (ifya get a concious at this point after youve went thru with the act your likely to find yourself bein raped;)
