well, lotsa things:
1. creative in bed - not just the sex... sometimes roleplay and better foreplay... lots of tenderness too
2. culinary skills - i want a woman who can cook... as in REALLY cook
3. people skills - someone who i can bring to a party and not feel aloof with my group of friends
4. fashion sense - great taste in clothes and perfume... something mild yet pleasing to the olfactory senses
5. sense of humor - doesn't need to be a comedian, but someone who can appreciate my jokes, as well as throw a few of her own

As a Man of 56 and have had some experience of life and been happily married to the same wonderful lady for 36 years what you look for is friendship is she your best friend someone you can tell anything to. A good Mother and good company love comes later is she kind is she funny it;s not about looking good it;s not about looking for someone to replace your mother its about how well do you get on and the burning question do you like her?

I don't know if I can tell you what all guys look for, but I can tell you what I look for. I love affectionate women. And I'm not just talking about sex. I want a woman who really likes physical contact as much as possible. Also, there is something very sexy about women who are very articulate. I guess this is just a weird fetish of mine. But intelligent, articulate women are very sexy. Women are usually better communicators than men anyway.

Depends on the age. Assuming we are talking 18-24 it is all about sex. Men are mostly looking to satisfy their hormone driven sexual urges as filtered through social identity and value system.
Be interested in the person is the first big step. Make the guy feel important. Allow him to be himself, be yourself.

Well my partner was impressed when I spoke Italian on holiday, but some men like woman to dress to impress. Depends on what sort of guy it is.
