In this era of fast food, one night stands and relationships sans commitments; the boys who could lie, deceive and act like hell are going to have more girlfriends.
It is all about the ethics, morals and values. And you know like begets like. So, the kind of guys would always get unfaithful gals.
If you are really for the quality of the relationships; please do not try to add numbers.
And always remember that the guys having more than one girl friend are not LUCKY.

depends on many factors viz,
extrovert/introvert
how comfortable he is while talking to th girls
can he be cheesy/naughty to an extent, and also not offend her
and it all reminds me of a quote,
"my ex-gf fell in love with me cos i liked everything, she left me for the same reason!!!"

Coz those who got many gfs, dont have anything better to do, and those who dont have single1, utilize their time, in much more imporant things.

i dont want to b booring but in this world their r 2 types of people 1st they hav excellent talent in having girlfriendz
