I would like to get into manhattan but I don't want to use the midtown tunnel. Does anybody know a alternate route-with map & instructions included?

First off, where are you traveling from... the Manhattan, Williamsburg, Brooklyn and Queensboro bridge are all free. If you're traveling from Staten Island, the ferry is your option for a "free" ride. For directions to your exact location just go to www.mapquest.com and enter your starting point and your final destination.

Queens Blvd. to the 59th st. Bridge. You want a map? Go to a store, cheapskate.

You could always take the East River. Gosh, what's the toll, anyway, a dollar? Cheapskate.

Staten Island Ferry isn't free if your putting your car on it! I think your best bet would be public transportation - less headaches that way!!
