Lamb is my favourite too. Roast leg cooked with rosemary and served with a little mint sauce. I'm hungry now!

What an interesting question which directly applies to high tea:
Oxford English Dictionary defines high tea as ''a tea at which meat is served. Term also used is "meat tea"
I would have to say, lamb with mint or a roast beef sandwich and slices of cheese. Your question is making me hungry.

I'm from the Philippines and I haven't eaten a lamb yet, since most filipinos are not used to eat lamb. Anyway, to answer your question, my favorite meat is tenderloin steak I prefer medium well, and I prefer iced tea than tea... Cheers!

Kangaroo Roast, Herb and garlic marinade, seared in a hot pan to seal the juices in then roast at 220 for 35mins.
