Whilst having a shower scrub both legs and arms with some St. Ives Whitening Apricot Scrub and massage them for about 2-3 minutes. Wash & pat them dry. Make a paste (medium thick) of chickpea flour and rose water and massage feet and arms with the paste for a minute and leave on for 5 minutes. Then wash off with lukewarm water. If required apply a moisturizer and within less than a month the bumpy dark spots should go away.
