Speak in English, listen closely to others and most importantly think in English. All of this is FREE.
Check the website for a Toastmasters Club in your area. This is a place where people learn public speaking. If you do join such a club , you will thank me in 1 year. Go for it !

there is abundance of material to improve your fluency of english. first u need is lots of confidence, which u will get plenty of inside u, all free of course. then u will need lots of assistance from good friends, tell them to converse with u only in english & to correct u if u go wrong. am sure they won't charge u for this. read a lot of newspapers, magazines also watch channels on tv where there is a lot of english conversation. read books, which u can borrow from friends & relatives. try to read simple books initially, then move on to heavier ones.
never give up & am sure soon u will be very fluent.

Practice a lot.. By chatting with people using english and preferable u do the voice chat..
Try Yahoo chat!!
Others is watching english movie and try not see the subtitle or just listen the english song...read english book also perfect..
I think the easiest way to get all of this is by online..since many english sources that you can learned from..

I advise you to look for this book "Better English Pronunciation" by John Lyons. This book helped me a lot to become fluent in English. Don't forget to look for someone who speaks English so that you can communicate with him/ her. If not, try watching TV where you can find many English speaking channels.
