1) First of all do not refer to us as girls, we are women.
2) Remember women are gentle, sensitive loving beings
3) Be a good listener, conversationist
4) Be yourself, that will make her feel more at ease with you
5) Be truthful, if you want to play the field just say you are interested in dating only, no relationship at the time
6) Ask permission if you want to hold her hand etc.
7) Always be a gentleman, open the car door, open the restaurant door unless if its automatic escort her in my gently touching her back (while escorting her)
9) Give her complaints on how she looks when you pick her up on your date then take it from there
her reaction to you will be how you react to her
:-)

Believe it or not, but a good sense of humour with a decent attitude and behavior are the most prominent things women get flattered by. These two things score better than even a well toned physique.

Friendship, loyalty, good communication, trust, understanding, intelligence, strength (more mental than anything else. He should be her rock when she needs it, but know when to back off), have mutual interests, willing to let her be her own person...
You asked such a broad question. There's no way to really tell you everything but I said some of the highlights.
You'll develop your own style when it comes to girls. It happens naturally.

First off, respect her, and dont be controlling
They want somebody who will pay attention to them
Somebody who will cuddle with them and not try anything else
Somebody that will respect her morals and understand if she doesnt want to have sex
Somebody who will sit at home on a friday night with her and cuddle while watching movies
Somebody who will call her in the middle of the night just to say i love you
Somebody who will buy her roses just because
Somebody who will kiss her in the rain
Someone who will listen to her when shes talking
When she says i love you more. ARGUE WITH HER. that you love her more and DONT let her win.
theres some things

For me... it's knowing that he cares about me- TRULY cares about me. Not that he loves me for my looks, although he tells me i'm beautiful. (Being told i'm beautiful, to me, means more than being told i'm hot.) He tries his best to understand me even if i'm being all mood-swingy or having a bad day. He listens when I just need to rant and let out all my frustrations, but he talks and offers help if i ask for it too. He also lets me close to him, letting me find out who he truly is as well, letting me see that sometimes yes, he does have emotions too, even though society claims he's supposed to be all macho and strong. He knows me well enough to sense if something's wrong, and acts extra-kind to me then. He is thoughtful, surprising me with things like an e-mail telling me why he loves me, or a small, inexpensive gift that holds some special significance to us. He never tries to force me into doing anything I don't want to do. He's not afraid to tell me that he loves me (but don't try that TOO early, of course... if you've only dated her a couple of times, most likely she's not quite ready for that level yet). When we have our little problems, we can talk about them and make amends.
Sound like an impossible standard? Difficult, perhaps. But not impossible. I just wrote a paragraph about my own boyfriend, because the relationship I'm in now is exactly what my ideal relationship always was.

A real woman needs the same thing a real man wants. A real lover, a soulmate type. One you can trust with your life, and talk to about anything, and be close to in every way.
"Girls" on the other hand, want the same thing "Boys" like. Mind games, sex, and emotional turmoil.

All depends on the girl... get to know the girl individually and find out what she likes. I'm a stubborn, independant type... I like a guy that can let me do my own thing and trust me... other girls want a guy that can protect them... all depends.
