If by "learning" you mean "studying the bible", then I suppose there could theoretically be places of education in heaven. None of the gospels encourage learning; too much wisdom is dangerous.
Ecclesiastes 1:18 - For in much wisdom is much grief; and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.

why r u askin us this question?no one of us been to heaven before,and there is no holy book for any religion which tells u what facilities the heaven has,it just tells u heaven is heaven

every good and every bad word ever written has its place in eternity
there are the most glorious holy texts and the most vile of the vile
they are in every level ,in every language ,to suit man
en of taste as equal the men of waste
,but each rests in its proper place equal the soul that wrote it
a demon who wants to know your weakness has but to study your every thought ,fear and hope
