i always stuff mine first
wrap them in tin foil and put them in the oven to roast. put a bit of water in the bottom of the roasting tin first tho.
makes them lovely and tender

Probably not very help full to you, but I was once served lambs heart that had been roasted in the oven. It was gorgeous. But I don't know what he did to them, or how long he cooked them for, sorry no help at all!

That is gross, even when I ate meat I couldnt eat the poor little lambs heart. If I had a dog thats what I would feed to it!

rip the heart out of the lamb with ur bare hands, while it is still beating squeeze it over u mouth letting the blood dribble down ur naked body. Then finely dice the heart using ur best knife, through the meat into a pan with olive oil and rosemary. Fry untill outsides begin to brown. I recoment new potatoes and baby carrots to compliment this dish, along with afine glass of red wine.

hearts can get very tough if you overcook them. Slice them and fry them.
