We don't handle VIPs any differently than 'regular' passengers.

There is no need for the cabin crew to check any documents of the VIPs. The ground staff will inform cabin crew about the movement of VIPs in each and every flight Seats are alotted according to the importance of the VIP if there are more than one VIP travelling in one flight. The seat number and the name and status of the VIP are conveyed to the cabin crew who in turn will take care of the VIP while on the flight.

This will depend on country to country.

The countries that do not have special fleet for the VIPS, they will charter the plain from time to time and they wil have special documents for preparing the plain before take off.
