I heard the varicose veins are a result of alot of things.....not just a weight problem.
I started getting them when I was a size 3/4.
The are hereditary
They can be cause due to poor circulation
If your on your feet a lot for long periods of time you can get them from the stress your putting on your legs.
Once they are there you can only have them surgically removed or by laser.
The trick is not let them get worse...if you work a lot then try wearing hose under your pants it helps take the strain off your blood vessels.
Exercising can help by improving circulation in your legs.....when you get home elevate your legs slightly it relieves pressure from being on them all day. And wear good cushioned socks and shoes when exercising or anything else for that matter. Hope it helps.

I know! Spider veins are the worst. I got them since I was 18 y/o and I've always been slender. So I guess is not because you're slightly overweight, but it can be just inheritance. I use a creme that minimizes the appearance of spider veins. You can get it on any drug store for like 8 bucks.
Go ahead and exercise if you want too!

when you have spider veins, it will not be removed totally, I mean they will be gone for quite some time and back again, and yes sometimes leg exercises can help eliminate them, and to do so try lifting your legs for 10 mins every day so that the blood from the feet will be bcak and that the pressure on the feet will be removed

I've found out that if you are the kind to get them, you'll be able to repair them, however you'll be able to nonetheless get extra. Keep this in brain... I have a few too and went for a session. Fair/touchy dermis she encouraged now not going with lazer and to go with injection. You must purchase help hose too (and be correctly equipped for them or they are vain). I've obvious Vitamin K cream and a few different merchandise. I suppose they 'paintings' on a transitority groundwork and most of the time could require day-to-day program. These additionally extra "curb" than "rid" of the challenge. Ask your loved ones healthcare professional for a referral.

The best way to cover spiderveins is to buy some water/sweat proof makeup and apply to the marks. I saw that on a talk show and it seems to work pretty well. Make sure the makeup matches skin exactly.

Dermablend makeup helps camouflage them. But I think you have to surgically remove them.
