It should. The world would be a better place to live in, if it is peaceful.

The question is not whether the talks should be held or not held. The question should be does it cost the country or the exchequor or not/?And does it benefit the people. We have been holding talks since several decades. Mr. Nehru surrendered a large part of Kashmir. At whose cost? Certainly not Nehru's. Mr Shastri gave up the areas our soldiers had won thru their blood. Who benefited? Mrs Indira Gandhi freed laks of captured Pakistani soldiers. Who benefited finally. Even after Kargil, our leniency is helping whom? Only Pakistan is ale to create impression that it is working for peace and thus able to get arms from US which is supposed to be working against terrorism.
Thus, unless our actions and not talks are geared for 'tit for tat', no amount of talks will ever help. It will only help the dishonest politicians and bureaucrats at the cost of masses.

Every where Government is different from Terrorists. Some times terrorists may be in ruling position. However, are we leaving the sandal wood / treasure because it is surrounded by a serpent? Are we leaving the diamond because it is on the head of a serpent? If we are interested in peace and development we have to resume. Mahatma Gandhi Ji,if alive, would have said 'yes'because, infact, they are all our brothers and sisters, born in United India and left us just because of that terrific partition aimed at religious leadership.

Any talks for the humanity should be continued and resumed till achieving the world peace. Talks based on any other policy of any person or nation or administration should be taken by other means of solution
