It is quality which makes a good relationship not solely, quantity. Just be prepared for comments made to you about his height - especially if you tower over him. It's the size of his heart [love for you] that counts. Lots of people, particularly females, have relationships with jerks for husbands and boy friends. These women would "kill" to have a guy who treats them specially good.
