Salami keeps well. As long as it isn't green, you can eat it. Even if it turns green on the edges, just cut off the green parts and eat the rest. My father did this when he was in the Army and my grandparents sent salami to him. That was over forty years ago, and he is still in great health!

Sausage is made with lots of preservatives, it's probably alright unless you see signs of damage--for instance it might have gotten wet in the fridge, or been left open and dried out. Otherwise I'd eat it still.

change it into a simple dish by just chopping an onion or two with chopped ginger and green chilli and chopped tomatoes a small tsp of curry paste let it fry well add salami chopped into cubes and fry it becomes an additional side dish and no waste too.dont forget salt and corriander leaves as garnish.

Check the "use by" date on the package to see. If it has been refrigerated properly and is still within the period of use, I'd eat it.

its a meat that has been treated specialy to keep. Ignor people that say that you cant - you can! Obviously though if there are any vile bits dont eat em!
