When someone likes someone else, either that person will try be "active" about it; going up to them and talking, figuring out their hangouts and going there, etc., or they will be "passive" and do nothing. So if a person talks to you a lot, and talks to you in a way different than most others would, like if that person asks intusive questions &seems nervous, then the chances are good he/she likes you. If they are passive, then you can't really know.
