Dude, you've been smoking too many Dan Brown books.
I've heard all kinds of crazy theories about Jesus but that doesn't mean they're true. Where's the documentation? Where's the historical proof? Where's the corroboration from witnesses? That's the problem with too many people: They hear something totally out in left field and believe it without any sort of evidence or even despite evidence to the contrary.

I don't know what the hell you are talking about. There are a lot of French Canadians going to Alberta for good paying jobs and to learn English. They also care to go to college there and can afford to. It is easier to learn how to drive and also, they want to get away from Quebec politics. This I know from firsthand experience. I rarely ever met any Maritimers in Alberta, not that we don't like them, but they aren't there.
I could claim there are a lot of Blacks in Western Canada but except for the Somalian-Ethiopian community in Edmonton, where we have lived, there really aren't any. Walk around the Okanagan or Vancouver and you will see Chinese, Japanese, Arab, Indonesian, a few Mexicans. A lot of British come to the restaurant. Some Germans, Ukrainians, Greeks and Italians as well. Tons of Dutch and Portuguese. A few French, not many. So I am not lying or being prejudiced in saying there are no Newfies in Alberta. That is the reality. You have to have a fierce work ethic in Alberta and really, that is not true of the Newfies. They are not interested in oil and gas, lumber or tourism anyway. You can't get a government job without being from there.

It was quite common in Jesus' time for young men to have an older male mentor. Until the younger man was old enough to marry he would perform sexual favours for the mentor. Why else do you think Jesus had twelve men follow him around?
Someone else who replied to this question said that Jesus never had sex. We forget that in order to preaching in public like he was, Jesus had to be a Rabbi. To be a Rabbi he had to be married. The Gospel of Mary Magdellan implies that Jesus had offspring. Also the more Pagan nature of this Gospel suggests that Jesus and Mary practice something to what Wiccans would call sex magick. Jesus was definitely involved in sexual relationships. Conveniently, the Gospels of Mary and Judas were left out of the Bible--the only two Gospels actually written by the people they are named after and the only two literate disciples.

Jesus didn't have any sexual relationships. This is simple blasphemy and I don't blame you if you just heard it but you've got to know this is like the DaVinci Code: blasphemy without any scientific source and background.
The Bible is a Book you can trust. If you want to read about Jesus from a perfect source, I recommend you to read the Bible, and not listening to some 'scholars' and 'historians' or friends who think they know the truth but their only goal is to deny Jesus' deity so that they can have a 'peace' for their souls. No, we all have got to stand before Jesus one day, because He's GOD. May He bless you.

I have read some books on the subject and seen several biographical films about Jesus. It is felt from history that Jesus lived as men lived in that society at that time. He was actually married to Mary Magdalene and had children and lived his religion which was very important to him.
He was more interested in helping his fellow man then indulging in sexual activity.

It's probably not true. Jesus and Paul did not know each other. Mary was the mother of Jesus ... unless you mean Mary Magdalene. Some people think Jesus and Mary Magdalene were husband and wife. This may or may not be true. It's really not important.

If some idiot wanted to post questions which allude to the possiblility that Jesus was not perfect or to degrade Christianity, you would think they would at least have the sense to know what they were talking about first.

HOly MOther of GOd! oO
Jesus was just himself and with no one else.
If he was betrothed or married, trust me, some historical book (as well as the bible) would have said so, because there were so many minor characters that were mentioned in the bible as being married, or of having in-laws.
It's a pretty important piece of information, right?

Jesus was lied about by many false witnesses. He is holy and could not lie nor commit any sins because he is the Son of God and had to die for ours.
