They have no hold on you. Just walk away.

Now that you have lost your belief, religion and the church are an irrelevance and a curiosity. They have no legal claim to you. If they do send you stuff just asked to be removed from their lists. You may have friends from church - if they respect you and are open to other ideas they will remain your friends now that you have left. If they don't they clearly weren't worth the effort anyway.

Go out, see the world, experience the world for what it is rather than through the dark glasses that religion forces upon you. It is much more beautiful that way.

Wow, are you going to get some weird answers, I use to be catholic, went to catholic school 8 years, I left took what fit for me and studied all the other religions, which I took what stuck in my heart and moved on. You don't have to have a religion ,or any title for that matter, but don't give up you will find it out there, what form ?? who knows, but its there and it wont let you go. So don't worry and forget what others say !! you are the only one who can make you happy, so live for that. as Jesus said, " My mansion has many doors " blessed be. good luck

You can withdraw by not going to Church and its meetings but Why have you stopped believing in God. God is the essence of every thing there is. Without him you could not post this message or you would not exist. if you have had a bad experience I can understand but God is not responsible you are. Forget god at your own peril Do like this write me in a months time and tell me it was good to forget God??

The difference is your personal belief and you family image. Why did you stop "practising"? You're your own person, but are you worried about your family's opinion or your own? If "B" talk to your holy man. No pressure though. I'm a non-practise myself. I only keep my idientity as a Roman Catholic for family only. I truly have no true religion I can strongly put all faith in.

Just walk away, close the door to that wasted part of your life and don't look back.
Let go of the guilt, the shame, and the fear delusional beliefs put into your head. It will take years to relearn how to think.

Just stop going. Stop observing the ceremonies. Stop working for them. Stop giving them money. Especially the last point will make them understand it.

Write a note to your pastor and ask him to remove your name from the church membership list.

Just stop going to church, unsubscribe the belief system and do not give them any more money.
