That is so awesome! The way he approached you, so genuine and playful, sincere..
I met the love of my life on the internet, actually, we brushed across each other by accident, not looking...we met, and wow. We are such good friends, also, we play back and forth constantly...that and mutual respect, it is such a good combination for happiness.

Your love story is the best I've heard. Very sweet. I'm glad to
hear that people still do those kind of things. I have met the
"love of my life"...and I never have felt this way for any B/F. He is
very special to me. We've had our ups and downs....but we are
still here for each other. I'm happy I have had him in my life as
long as I have. My story is a bit to long. I don't think I will ever
feel the same way for anyone else, ever again. So, Love can be
a beautiful thing, if people let it.

I was a fresman in High school and he was aJunior. My best friend asked if I would go out with him and I said sure. I'd give it a try and to make a long story short, I have been married 12 years and love him more every day I am with him. We have a mutual respect for each other and an appreciation for each other's opinion. It is important that we communicat and our love grows every day as we raise our 4 children.
God Bless

I used to my bf every day at work from 8 to 4 and one day he was sitting nest to me and the other guy the creepy one came and started hitting on me that’s when he saved me from him in a very cute way he hugged me and told me that last night was great. That’s how we met but broke up after a year and about 1 month.

I just got out of my classes and i was doing homework online at home. and i got an IM. Usually i don't answer them; but i didnt really feel like writing this essay; so i figured; hey why not! we talked for a while and that was pretty much it, i definatly wanted to learn more about him. Well a few days later i was at the pool hall, and i was walking in and saw this big lifted blazer.... and remembered that he told me he drove one, he had also told me he had a personalized liscence plate that said "twzted1" so, i checked.... and it was him!! no freakin way! well, he had also told me that he was 6 foot 9 inches tall, so, i went in and looked around.
it didnt take long to notice the jolly green giant! lol. neither of us had pics of eachother, so he didnt know it was me. i walked up to him and said "Hey there; I wish you were a caurosel outside Wal-Mart, so i could ride you all day long for only a quarter!" He started busting up laughing, then i told him who i was. We went on a couple dates, and at the end of one we were sitting in his truck; and there was one of those akward silences, so i turned and said "SO ARE YOU GOING TO KISS ME NOW OR WHAT?? IVE BEEN WAITING FOREVER!" and he leaned over and gave me the worst kiss i have ever had! he was shaking and nervous. then i said "You call that a kiss?!!?" then he took off his hat and tackled me! and gave me the best kiss i have ever had! lol
that night i sent him a text message that said "So.... can i be your old lady?" he wrote back yes. and 3 years later we still havent had one fight; and we are perfectly happy!

I guess its the era of the computers it has opened up the world to men and women. its not like years ago when we all new one another and one anothers families, neighbours are strangers and people hundreds of miles away are friends, soul mates and people talk about themselves so much easier on a computer than in person. unfortunately that's the world has gone its soooo small now. I would think its going to be a bit of gooseberry playing by yourself when you both come to visit it might be an idea to bring another friend of yourselves so you don't feel left out. That's my advice. Hope you have a great time in London, try to enjoy as much as you can. i live in the midlands (ENGLAND) so i guess you are from America there you go getting advice from someone hundreds of miles away!!!!?? GOOD LUCK :-)

I met him on the community college campus. I was trying to be subtle, to not look like I was interested in this particular table that was set up. However, (a) I'm terrible at subtlety, and (b) dressing in long skirts with a floor-length fantasy style cloak made me stand out like a sore thumb. The other person sitting with the display table asked me to come over and talk with them since it was obvious I was interested in the table. I ended up mostly talking to this one cute guy with curly, Frodo-length hair who became the love of my life. That's the one paragraph version, verses the 11 page version.

He was my boss at work. He was a real prick. Difficult, opinionated, you name it. Nobody could stand him. Then at the office Christmas party we simply danced one dance. When he touched me my skin caught fire and when he held me I swore a ton of bricks landed on my head. I was so confused, I didn't know what was going on! I never felt like that before.
We emailed, and chatted on the phone, then went out to dinner. After dinner he kissed me - the most amazing kiss of my life. I felt like my toe was in a light socket. hehehe...
I feel that way still, about 4 years later, and we live together. When his work took him 1200 miles away, he took me with him. I've never been happier or more in love.

Aaawwww, thats a great story:) My BF and I met at a basketball game....he and my brother were on the same team in high school and I (unwillingly, coz I was forced by my mom..lol) went along to support my bro....well, my parents decided to kill me with embarassment by making us sit in the front row of the bleachers....during the game Jon (my BF) had to stop the ball from going out and in the process fell straight onto my lap....lol...after the game, he apologised profusely and made up for it by taking me on our very first date....lol....that was 3 years ago and now I'm more in love with him than ever:)

I am indeed please with your bf. He must be a very genial and good natured guy. You are really lucky to have him as your bf. Love really is the healer of all wounds and the selfless love is the balm to all ills that haunts the lonely and loveless souls. Let the message of love spread through you for the entire humanity.
