I was wondering if there is any J yeast bread, I could quickly say Japanese bread but I found more.

Jo's Rosemary Bread
* 1 cup water
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
* 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
* 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
* 2 1/2 cups bread flour
* 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select white bread cycle; press Start.

That didn't take long. The fleishmann's yeast company shows a jelly turnover recipe. Were you looking for something specific? Hope this helps.
