Knowledge is the remedy, once you understand (like knowing people who use filthy language are scum) you Will tell them to shut up until they learn manners.
Learn martial arts so if someone beats you, then you can whack them back.
If someone ill treats your wife, then you should know better that you don't beat them for verbal, but again tell them to leave until they learn manners.
What are you actually afraid of ? really ? understand that , then learn how to deal. Even when you are afraid start standing up a little bit at a time. Eventually you will develop a backbone. good luck

First of all, in so much locations its unlawful to have that many puppies on your residence. Secondly Frontline isn't unsafe and will probably be a lot more dependable and mighty than any of the "inexpensive" over-the-counter or residence cures. If Frontline is simply too pricey take a look at Advantage. Get began on discovering the ones puppies houses with individuals who can honestly supply them man or woman concentration and right care. Its euthanized now not euphanized. And you suppose you're doing them a prefer however you're now not, discover a no kill refuge if you're involved they're going to all be placed to sleep, placed out commercials (which might be unfastened on-line) to supply the dogs away totally free.

Fear is often appropriate. Also, there may be a genetic component.

However, all of us can improve in most situations. It takes time and practise and sometimes help from someone help.

Martial arts skills would help in some situations, but it takes a lot of time.

Talking skills, thinking skills, and practise are very, very useful.

Aim for small or big changes.
Try to discuss it with someone if they are useful.

There isn't a cure for fear nor should there be. Fear is a valuable evolutionary aid to survival. However, someone wise once said that "Courage is not the absence of fear, but the willingness to face it."
Sometimes you have to charge headlong into what you fear. Face and you may find that fear is not your master after all.

"Our instinctual defenses fail to overcome panic. In fact, they actually support the recurrence of anxiety attacks. We encourage and strengthen the power of panic by treating it as our 'enemy,' to be avoided or to be battled...Whenever you resist something, that something will persist."- Dr. R. Reid Wilson

i agree with him. it's kinda like operant conditioning, where the ''bad'' stimulus is present, fear is experienced. the person escapes the stimulus, and then they relax, knowing that the thing that they feared is now gone. the stimulus doesn't particularly have to be bad or harmful, it's just the reaction of the person. but wait. it gets better...

We can become anxious in situations merely because we perceive a threat even where there is none. William James, an early psychologist, suggested that all human emotions actually come from our perception of the situation/condition we are in (Hayes 1999): we do not weep because we feel sorrow: we feel sorrow because we weep. Further studies (Schachter and Singer as cited in Hayes 1999) concluded that although it is our awareness of the situation that produces the emotion we actually feel, it is our physical condition which influences how strongly we actually feel it.

well, that's interesting...the intensity of fears is controlled by our physical condition (symptoms of anxiety). well, what if you can't control your symptoms? what if you're so panicked, you become paralysed? then try this: see if you can raise up the feeling of panic without the stimulus that would ordinarily elicit your anxiety. if you can bring it about without the presence of the stimulus, then you have control over it. make your breathing regular, and concentrate on where in your body you feel the anxiety. is it tensed up leg muscles? is it hands, shaky and ready to fight? whatever is the most predominant symptom, consciously increase it. (this makes your conscious mind take control over what your subconscious mind has started).

here's something i've added on: ''always remember, it's easy. if it ever becomes difficult, stop. at that point, you're breeding fear by adding all sorts of ''ingredients'' to what you have to do to overcome fear. those ''ingredients'' are actually nervous habits you are using to escape your fears, and therefore, you strengthen your fears through operant conditioning. let go of those habits, relax, and remember fears depend on your physical state. if you can relax, it gives your mind a little ''window'' of clarity to see what's really going on, and all you have to battle at that point is the habit of worrying.''

We all have fears,Our mental makeup is based on it. The thing to try and do is face them and see them for what they are. Once you see that what you really fear is the guy in the mirror making mistakes then you'll be able to let go of your personal fears. Don't sweat it we all mess up it's part of who we are as humans. LET GO AND LET GOD lead the way!
