That's only about 600 or 700 calories and not healthy to be doing for 14 consecutive days. Why don't you try the following for two days instead?...

Eat only fruit and veg (except bananas, beans, peas and corn) and as much as you want. You can even have stir fry veg in a little olive oil or salad with a little dressing. Also, make yourself a big pot of vegetable soup and include cabbage and celery in it. Do not drink any alcohol. Drink lots of water, unsweetened tea/juice or herbal tea. You will lose 2lb each day and will also be detoxing your body.

If you have two weeks to lose the excess weight then simple exercise will do the trick. It's dangerous to be losing any more than three pounds a week. Your diet seems to be okay if you are a young person, but it's regimented to the point of drabness. You could vary your meals with more substance and with the exercise still lose weight. Try to stay away from all starches and sugar in your meals, use a lot of fruits and vegetables and the weight loss will work out fine.

i would get a variety of food but in small portions. take vitamins everyday, so that it helps with what ever nutrient you arnt getting enough of. i would substitute the banana for another fruit. bananas have TOO much sugar...the best fruit would be an apple. as a matter of fact, i would switch the lunch and dinner. its important to have energy througout the day. your main meal should be luch! and definetly snack on the light yoplait yogurts. i lost weight doing that. theyre only 100 calories and its a great way to get calcium, dairy and protein in one snack. try not to nibble or snack on anything else, its unnecessary calories. the oatmeal is a GREAT idea, and try not to have the same food everyday, after a while u will feel deprived and bored which will eventually lead to binging on food that u will regret later! dont forget the daily women vitamins. thats very important! NO SODA- NOT EVEN DIET. TRY FOR THE NEXT WEEK TO ONLY DRINK WATER...or skim milk. juice can be just as bad as soda. try to keep your drinks zero calories. excercise is important. especially cardio.. go on a jog or run 30 min a day, and later u can incorporate weight training, which helps with the metabolism. if u have anymore questions, feel free to email me! my email is the same as my display name (pacificsun03@yahoo.com) good luck and dont stress, and dont expect results the NEXT DAY, if ur patient, everything will take its time and fall into place. you will look great in no time!

I'm thinking you might want a little more for lunch. You're gonna get tired if you don't feed your body, therefore you won't feel like exercising. Also if you're body is being deprived it will start storing every gram of fat to survive. Breakfast and Dinner sound good, but I'd do a bit more for lunch. Lots of small meals will also boost your metabolism, and you will burn fat and calories more efficiently.

you should lose the weight...exercise and jog the weight will fall off. Also drink a full glass of water every hour. Alot of times when we think we are hungry we are just thirsty. Might try apples too. They are very filling and stay with you a long time.

You have the right idea, eat 3-5 small meals based on fruits, veggies, lean meat and fish. You can vary from your original plans along these lines, but no salt, fat or sugar.

Eating like this is going to result in worse weight gain as soon as you stop the "diet" you described.

Add more water to your diet, you're probably retaining water. Drink more water and you'll drop water weight. Try that first, then look into your diet.

well, for the salad, its actually healthier to put a little dressing or oil, cuz you do need essential fats and oils, other than that, eat some more animals, grilled, not fried, skinless and not battered

Number one, you didn't give us the (excuse the pun) skinny on your dimensions. ???? I cannot say anything in good conscience unless I know how much you weigh, how tall you are, etc.
