Talk about what is bothering you...doing something you enjoy...helping others...praying...just feeling good about yourself.

Yes. If you can wake yourself up during the dream, and tell yourself it is just a dream and you decide what the outcome of the dream will be and you fall back to sleep that will usually help.

If you write/journal your dreams in the morning and decide how you want the dreams to end, it works, too. It is amazing how the mind works. A therapist that interpreted dreams suggested I do the above and it did help.

Try this thing called "lucid dreaming".

This is something like...you can control your dream. I heard this is perfectly healthy, great for the people who have bad dreams and it won't tire you out while you are sleeping.

I will leave a link for you to get more information:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucid_dreaming

If you search it on Google, you can find out more. I hope you'll start seeing better dreams soon. Good luck!

Possitive affermation.

Think of possitive things. Take time before falling asleep to relax and unwind. Take time to listen to a peaceful cd as you think of each body part relaxing, starting from your feet and working up to your head.

If you are going through puberty or have recently finished going through it, it could be tied in with your hormones.

My answer is true. If the temperature in your room is cool, you will have more bad dreams. So keep your room warmer or hotter, you will have a lot less bad dreams.

On the other hand.........Drink a good cup of green tea will help you too.

Good luck

Do not eat before sleeping, relax and deep breathly for a few minutes before sleeping and, if you believe in God, try to meditate and pray for a while.
