i went to culinary school and learned a bit from nutrional classes. i am in no way a nutritionist but bottom line from what i learned is that you shouldnt realyy cut anything out of your diet just moderate how much you intake. stick to carbs in the morning to get your days energy, limit carb intake for lunch to keep you going and no carbs and all protein for dinner cuz the proteins you take in at night help your body repair muscle tissue that you used during the day. watch the calories you take in but dont cut them out because then your body will go into crisis mode and any calories you take in will be stored because your bod thinks you arent getting enough to eat. also small snacks in between meals to keep metabolism going and strong black coffee in the morning helps. good luck.
P.S. NO DIET EVER WORKS WITH OUT PROPER EXCERSIZE!!!!! I CANT STRESS THAT ENOUGH! i hear alot of people cry about not losing weight and i ask them what they are doing and the one thing they dont do is excersize. you must get some kind of work out during the day!

Well, are you cutting down on carbs or calories? Cutting carbs works WAY better (from my experience). String cheese, tuna salad, turkey wraps with cream cheese inside, celery with ranch, pistachios are pretty easy to carry. There's also an amazing Dannon low carb yogurt, I can't believe how little carbs there are and how much protein there is. There are also South Beach Diet breakfast bars and shakes that you can get. And if you have time to make eggs every morning that makes a big difference in getting your metabolism going. Good luck!

Our diet is a mix up of carbohydrates, fat, proteins mainly and vitamins and minerals in low amounts. So don't cut calories from diet, which come from carbohydrates and are must for energy. Instead try to cut fat from your diet. Fat accumulates fast in body and is very difficult to digest.
My suggestion for you is to don't cut much from your diet. But avoid oily diet, eat roasted food also include some proteins (pulses).Eat plenty of salad in diet.
Plan your diet for yourself as you better know about yourself.
Within a week you will feel the difference.
