A guy had sex with me last night while i was passed out at a Halloween party. He's a friend and he apologized and said he was so sorry and he had too much to drink. Should I just forget it?

No ... Why ? ... Because you had an act of sex performed on you WITHOUT your consent !!! This amounts to RAPE !!! Your supposed "friend" [enemy] knows this and is trying to get away with it. You have the option of either, calling in the law or pretending this jerk is your friend and bearing the shame from this experience. Are you pregnant ? - You sure ? What about STD ? Don't "kid" yourself - you were raped ("sexual assault") and it is bothering you - ACT ... he's NOT your friend !!!

heres the deal, if you report it to the police you will ruin his life forever, he will never be the same. he will go to jail as a rapist, he will get beat up in there, and maybe killed. if and when he gets out, he will never be able to get a good job, or have much of a life, may not ever find a relationship, and it will be the end of fun for him for the rest of his life...does he deserve that, depends, most rapist do, but you have to consider this, how much of what you will do to him, has he already done to you, how long before you will be able to forget what happened to you, and move on with your life, if what he did has made a dramatic life change for you, then maybe you should. but if not, and you can live with what happened, knowing that it was a little bit your fault then you probably shouldn't get the police involved. but you do need to talk with your former friend, he is no longer a friend after what he did. and he does owe you for what he did, I can't say what he owes, more than Im sorry though, maybe money, maybe you should make him attend some type of class, say a rape councelling so that he really understands what he did, and how big a deal it really is, especially if you were to call in the police. Another important thing here is that you have learned a lesson about drinking too much, and being alone, dangerous, what if he were a worse person, and who knows what could have happened, don't let it happen again. How are you handeling it, if you need help there are people out here willing to help you, dont be afarid to ask..either with the drinking or what happened. take care of yourself. I hope your ok, check yourself for pregnacy, and STDs. Let me know if you have any other questions reguarding this matter...but talk to someone in person like a minister, counsler, or others on here, before calling the police about this, once you do that there is no turning back, or changing your mind, because they will persue it on their own, and they can force you to testify against him.
I've helped others with this exact problem and each of them have had differant situtations, and have done differant things to help themselves. They are all doing fine now, but some of the rapist got away free, some are in jail, some should be one shouldn't, but because she got mad at him, she called the police and they took it from there, even though later she told them that she had sex with him before and she wanted to drop the charge, they didn't and he is now serving an 8 yr sentence, and will have the record forever. She still writes him, and says she will still go out with him when he gets out. Its sad that the police will not see the whole picture, they just want to show that they can put people in jail sometimes.

This is obvious a "rape" . It cost you an arm and a leg forsake, heaven. YOu need to report to the police or talk to your trusted friends for an advice. Go and ER or see doctor within 72 hours before you get pregnant. You have be seriously consider that strangers can carry infectious diseases, they even wear condom for sex protecton. Proctect yourself and save for your marriage.

that depends. he had his way with you without your concent. he just raped you. how do you feel about that? friend or not drunk or not, thats what happened. was he really sorry? or even drunk? think about that and decide what to do next.
