The word is "enslave."
And the US doesn't go for gaining territory anymore.
The US would prefer for the rich corrupt jerks who control Mexico to step down and allow the growth of a stable middle class. This would cut down on illegal immigration into the US, and allow a mutually inter-dependent commercial market.

What do you mean "enslave mexicans". Do you mean in Mexico? Or in the U.S.?
The only people enslaving anyone in the U.S. right now are the EMPLOYERS who hire illegals giving them slave wages. And the feds are turning the other way and allowing them to do it.
The feds need to arrest the employers and take away all the profit they made from illegals.

Did you really ask this question?
If you did, is your avatar a real reflection of your skin color?
If it is, are the people that made you the same color?
If they are, did they have people living here in the 1800's and before?
If they did, were you aware that they may have been slaves and as such, experienced the same thing you are questioning?
Are you aware that unless we learn history repeats itself?
If history repeats itself, shouldn't you have an answer without even having to waste your points to ask?

slavery bad unless your owned by the government or state then they say its ok / the civil war wasent just over slaves being freed it was also about cotton supplys and cost of lose of labor to meet the demand of the yankee states for new cotton for there freezing winters.. glad Iam not a yankee!!
