It depends on the allergy if you can cure it or not. some people outgrow allergies, some when hormones change allergies go away like with menopause. You can get allergy shots to desensitize, and become alot better, some people are cured by shots others not. Medicines can help control it as well. The best advice is to avoid the allergen or take some meds when you know you will be exposed.

Desensitation shots can cure allergies, but it takes years for it to work. First you get allergy tests to find out what you are allergic to. Then the serum for the shots is made up of a tiny fraction of the substance to which you are allergic. The shots are given once a week, gradually increasing the dosage until you no longer react to that substance in your environment. I had allergy shots for nine years. It took two years before I could tell they helped me.

dont listen to them. their just guessing. cure there is but its not a pill or anything thats taken by mouth. its called "desensitization" in which you are gradually exposed to an allergen until your body gets used to it and does no longer have hypersensitivity reactions. if for a relief or "palliative treatment there are alot of drugs which suppresses allergic reaction of the body like steroids(prednisolone) anti-histamines like benadryl even epinephrine. but these all are by prescript.
