i need to know how to contact Ronen Barkai of Raanana,Givathen, whose working in a grapeyard in israel

This is contact info for the Barkai company and the Kibuttz by the same name that is between tel Aviv and Haifa.
I do not know if these are the same people you seek.
There is also Barkais in KATZRIN in the Golan.
