My question is...does anyone know if moving to a warm dry climate actually help relieve the pain or is that all a bunch of balderdash? On a scale of one to ten for pain...most of the fall/winter/spring I would say I go between a 12 and a 60.
I have tried anti inflamitories, pain blockers, and alternative meds...with little relief.

Yes, just moving to a warm climate really helps. I used to live in Upstate NY. I was having a lot of trouble with arthritis and I moved to the Texas Gulf Coast - no more pains. I am a lot older now and I only take an Aleve once in a great while when I know I have to walk alot. I do take two aspirin a day.

I would say, absolutely move to a warmer climate if you can do so without disrupting your life or your family.

Cold climate will surely aggravate pain of arthritis. If u can stay away from this climate, do it. Otherwise u can try hot pads on your joint pains. Apply pain relief ointment before going to sleep and wrap the body part in blanket. will give u lot of relief from pain. do not eat those items which will aggravate ur pain.
