I have alot of info and not much room so here it goes. A woman contacted me through an internet site about a year ago. We have talked on the phone every month since then. We have never met!! She lives about 60miles away. We talk about personal thngs all the time and even have phone sex. She has a respectable job and is not a scammer. The girl has a habit of not calling me back for weeks at a time. She says that she is very busy. She has also told me that she is not dating anyone. We have made plans to meet but then she will never call me back to confirm. I asked her point blank the other day if she wanted a relationship or just wanted to be "penpals". She told me that she would love to have a relationship but doesn't know if she can put enough time and energy into it because of the distance between us. She said that we need to talk about it and come up with a plan, so I haave called her for the last three days and she NEVER answers or calls me back. Is this worth pursuing??

I think she is just not wanting commitment that is why she is Internet dating it is safe and you don't have to put much of your emotions into it.
she seems like she is not worth it cause if she really liked you she would have meet you a long time ago you know when some one is really into you and everyone deserves that.

i'll tell you the truth..something doesnt sound right here. If you guys have been talking for a year and have gotten to know each other so well, even going into personal things, then why wouldnt she want to see you? It's possible that she could be hiding something from you. Maybe she's married er something and wants to be with you but cant leave her husband. I dont know what her deal is but u need to have a serious talk with her. 60 miles is not that much distance. Sure u'd have to waste a lot of gas and time to see her, but you guys really liked each other it'd be worth it and you wouldnt care. So i say have a chat with her about it, get down to the real issue, and if she cant be straight with you just tell her that all u can offer is a friendship.

No it is not worth your time. She is not sincere and she probably lies to you more than you know. Get a membership at a local gym or YMCA and join some outdoor activities and meet a girl like that. Not on the internet.

sounds like you've tried to do your part in trying to meet and stay in touch, may be time to move on--might even get her to decide if she has time and energy when you don't call.....
