Currently, there are technically two big ships. The Queen Mary 2 is the longest ship, the Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas holds the more passengers and weighs more than the QM2. It depends on how you look at ship, size or weight/passenger capacity.

If you're talking passenger ship - it's Royal Caribbean's "Freedom of the Seas". At 158,000 tons it passed the QE2 and took the title when it was launched earlier this year.
