First off check out:

http://usmilitary.about.com/od/marinejoin/a/marinebasic2.htm
Also a lot of related links there.

I'm in a similar boat you could say as you (leaving for Air Force BMT Feb, 20) although the word is that mine will be a bit easier than yours. From what I've heard from numerous military people and websites Marine BMT is supposed to be the toughest. The sites about I linked to you have walkthroughs and and even one place where you can participate in a 'simulated' BMT scenario (a bit extensive). Anyways hope I helped ya and Good Luck.

Be prepared, that first night they don't let you sleep. Make sure you have a going away party and make sure that everyone who wants to keep in contact with you has given you their address if they want to recieve or send letters to you while you are in boot camp. Bring as little as you need. If Marine boot camp is like others, you can even donate the clothes you wear on your back when you get your uniforms. Otherwise... Good luck!

Eat and sleep plenty before you get there, you won't do either for a while. Remember it's a head game, and don't show emotion. Don't attract attention to yourself, you don't want your DI to single you out. Stay mid-pack until you are about halfway through, then if you've got more to give, give it. Thousands of people have made it through before you, you can do it if you just keep your head on straight. Work on your PT before you get there, and remember NO ONE does ANYTHING right the first week of basic training.
Oooohrah!
