I hate to say it but no carbs. Try eliminating all carbs for two weeks (0 Carbs for two weeks). Then go to 20 Grams/day then after two weeks you can go up to 40 grams/day until you are at 100g/day. I know that this will work. The real determining factor in how much your carb intake/day should be is how much you burn per day. Obviously when you are at 0 Carbs. per day, you will lose weight but at 100carbs/day, you might not burn it all off. Think about your body like this (simplified) you have 3 sources of energy; protein, carbs, and fat. Your body will burn carbs before the other 2 sources because it is the easiest energy source to use. If you take that out of the equation then your body will have to move on to it's next energy source which is long term storage, fat. You're body will start burning fat. You will start shedding weight. This will work but remember you can not just start eating carbs again or your body will start storing them like fat. It will work if do right.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

various solutions... dude you're very youthful. do no longer say that "i'm a pupil so i don't get time for something". you have each and all of the time. consume notwithstanding you opt to. in basic terms circulate exterior in night and play some outdoor video games. especially soccer, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as much as you are able to. Play soccer each and on a daily basis for an hour or 2 and you will see the changes.

Don't drink fruit juice because most of it is loaded with sugar, if you want fruit, eat it!! Exercise and eating well is the only long term combination to lose weight! Check your weight and height chart to see if you are in your healthy and normal range of weight. http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm
It is very important to remember that our genes and height cannot be changed...but our lifestyles can!!!

Make sure you have a good carb/protein/fat ratio. Protein does burn fat and from what you say your doing it doesn't look like your getting protein.
Are you working out as well?
