Does anyone know of any fun places or things to do in the city (NYC) besides ice skating in Central Park? Also, I'm under 18, so please keep that in mind.

Other than Broadway, SoHo, Central Park, Rockerfeller Center and Times Square, is there anywhere else?

By the way, I'm not a tourist. I jus want to find somewhere to go where I could have fun and shoot some photos for my photo project.

Chelsea piers, w 23rd st and 12 ave, Empire State Building, located on 34th st and 5th, FAO Schwartz, located on 59th st and 5th ( you can do the piano on the floor like in the movie Big), Toys r Us, 44th st and broadway (hugh ferris wheel in the store), Sony Wonders, 56th and madison (you get to work some of the technologies they have and try out some video games).

Take a harbor cruise, see the Statue of Liberty, go to the top of the Empire State Building, shop at Macy's, check out Greenwich Village. Have lunch at Katz's Deli. You can also take a walk on the Brooklyn Bridge.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art is basically free (they 'suggest' a donation of $20 but you can give them whatever you want)

DYLANS CANDY BAR IS SO MUCH FUN TO GO THROUGH AND THERE'S SO MUCH CANDY TO EAT. YOU CAN ALSO GO TO FAO SCHWARTZ, THEY HAVE SOOO MANY DIFFERENT TOYS TO PLAY AROUND WITH IT'S SO MUCH FUN. YOU SHOULD GO AROUND CHRISTMAS TIME. YOU CAN ALSO GO TO A RESTARUANT LIKE JEKYL AND HYDE FOR DINNER AND OR THE HARD ROCK CAFE. THERE ARE SO MANY AWESOME RESTARAUNTS TO EAT AT.
