hey,
if it's a hot day and you are doing a lot of walking around
and you get a wedgie,
what are you to do?
if there is no public restroom nearby,
i say scratch away

Yes it is, but only non-chalantly. You must do it with the same grace that you pick your nose are remove a wedgie. If you can do it all in one move that is best. Just sort of brush up against something like a brillo pad or a piece of sand paper. I do know that stucco houses make for great lean into back itching places. So itch away and if anyone even notices and says something, Say thanks, would you mind scratching my back, and picking my nose and removing my wedgie. Well never mind the Wedgie, I can do that with just a little dance, skip and side jump all at the same time. If that don't work I can pull the damn thing out of my butt myself.

depends on your social status,
if you are a bricklayer it is acceptable ,
if you are a doctor or a lawyer it is outragous
clowns can get a laugh with it
police men will be ridiculed
and a lot depends on how you scratch .
if you smell your finger afterwards
you could be excomunicated,what ever that means

if its a construction site....yes. If its in a restaurant...no. (Although I don't know what to do if the construction site IS a restaurant!)
