A slow full body massage with candles and soft romantic music. Feeding one another in the dark. Washing her body slowly in the shower. Kissing her slowly from head to toe.

depends how old you are and how long you have been together. giving her a key might be nice if you are of proper age, have been together long enough and are willing to take that step.
flowers are always nice. for example, i'm quite partial to the combination of red roses and white daisies.
what's her favorite.
cook her dinner, make the place look nice, be romantic but not suffocating. poetry would be a little too much. tell her that you love her. that's really the best way to do it, just tell her.
take her to her favorite restaurant.
or rent her favorite movies and cook her favorite meal. show her that you know those little trivial things. tell her that you love her.
