Well, you're referring to two different things.

The world encompases all people - so it's not something that one person can control anyway. The world sucks is a comment made by people regarding the way other people treat one another - I view people who say such things to be lazy and stereotypists anyway. They don't do what is needed to make change, they fail to see that there is beauty in the world - they make a comment to be "cool" without realizing that they've made themselves look like idiots.

The system is something in reference to government and the laws it lays - namely, the one(s) you're living under (presumably US Government). In this case, you get people that may be an exception to the rule attempting to say that because they are exceptions (or know someone who is), the system doesn't work. It may not work for them, but unless it's a blatantly bad law (like slavery way back when), most of the time it's valid. Consider how many people are actually guilty when put in prison in contrast to the number that are not, though pronounced as such. While the system may not work for those that aren't guilty - I feel confident that it does what it is supposed to do.

If the world were in my hands, actually controlled by me, (as you are asking) the first thing I would do is delegate. The world would be a republic and free to speak its mind regarding the way I do things and choose things, and those elected to the offices to represent the people could make changes as the demographics and their feelings changed.

No one could ever make the world "problem free", since what you may see as a problem may not be for someone else. While many people see this as a negative, I see it as the reason that the world is actually a beautiful place in spite of some of the bad things that happen. We are all different. Human spirit, endurance, and nature really is an awesome thing and very powerful.

distinction is each unrepentant sinner in this international won't stay for extra desirable than one hundred?years. Prophet Muhammad saas mentioned .on the day of judgement Allah swt will placed a individual who's already qualified for Paradise into Paradise for a 2d and and then ask him if he recalls any suffering / torture hardships interior the international.he would be so extremely joyful after seeing his reward he will forget the worldly suffering and respond he didnt go through any no longer hassle-free deliver. in addition he will placed a individual who's from the persons of hell and placed him for a 2d into hell and then ask him with regard to the luxurious entertainment and entertainment of this international he will respond no Ididnt delight in something.and he will forget all his mocking at Allah swt in this international and start up repenting yet that repentance wil have no fee and Allah swt will placed Angels ( who donot ever snort) who will torture them without end consistently. Dont waste this useful time mocking Allah swt and rather use it for eternal happiness while you're smart sufficient.

BY no means could I make this world a better place if it were controlled by me.

The only one who can is God and he will, just in his own timing and not ours.

I know enough to know that I still have a very strong sin nature and the power alone would allow this to come through instead of Gods will and way.

I only have to look in my own back yard to know I’m not the man for the job.
I don’t think there is room in this world for dictators we live in a democracy so we have to wear the decisions made by our government.
That is how it is , and it might not always be what we want but it works.

Love to say yes, unfortunately, at best, I can only say that I'd make it better for a majority of people, not for everyone. One's freedom starts where someone else's stops. Seen as everyone thinks differently (thank god !), it'd be impossible to please everyone. Not everyone wants world peace, or Armageddon, it's all about finding a sort of balance, to make most people happy. Start by making your own world happy, then people around you will change.
