True. Soda's, even diet soda's are bloating. Best to give up soda all together for dieting purposes.

theres acids in coke and usually acids don't expand they shrink stuff (or should i say eat away at stuff) but either way cokes are bad for you! if you want to lose wait drink coffee in the morning and eat vegatables for lunch or plain tuna sandwich with wheat bread! and for supper eat cheerios, wheaties, special k or have a salad with grilled chicken! or just eat a plain salad with no dressing thats really good as well more natural taste to it! if you need protein eat peanuts or almonds ! just get the minerals you need from healthy foods not steaks (even though there good) an so on!

I drink diet soda and many times i do it just to fill up until i can find something healthy to eat. I always say "im gonna fool my stomach" but it shouldn't make you gain any weight if it's diet. Diet soda doens't have sugar nor fat.

Yes, but only for a small period of time, carbon build up needs to expand when you mix it with oxygen. that is why you need to burp to deflate your stomach.

carbonation makes air in your belly.....you may need to burp.....but the soda itself will make you fat
