I just threw up...phlegm im assuming...the clear stuff. then a sec l8r i got this metallic bitter taste in my mouth and threw up somthing yellow. what is that?

that is bile. this lines your stomach and dissolves the food you ingest. the metallic taste is from the heavier nutrients still in your stomach which obviously have not been broken down yet to pass on further to your digestive system

Mucus you are most likely having sinus/ lung problems and it is producing excess mucus. There are two different types of mucus one is about 90% water (clear) and the other is more like 30% water (yellow) both are water and lipids. When your respiratory tract begins producing excess mucus it is moved up your trachea and down your esophagus, which too much of will make you sick. You should get checked out by a doctor soon.

sounds like bile or just that your somach was pretty much empty and all that can come up how is stomach acid which will give you a super nasty taste in your mouth that is hard to get ride of

Bile. Drink ginger ale in SMALL sips. No more than 1 tablespoon every 5 minutes and your tummy will settle down.

Just bile. When you puke be sure to drink lots of water otherwise the acid will taste nasty in your throat.
