ok i have not had a perm in 3 months but i have a dye in my hair which i been had but i want to perm my hair and lighten up my color (like use a booster) but can i do all that at the same time

Get your perm for tinted hair but after the perm let the hair rest for awhile before tinting it a lighter color. Do not get a perm and booster your hair at the same time as you may end up hairless or a friz head....

No you cannot do both at the same time. I think you may be talking about a relaxer instead of a perm. They are all a chemical process and in some way damage the hair. With a relaxer, if you use any color, you should semi/demi permanent color, but these do not lighten the hair. You should choose one or the other; if you do both you risk severe hair breakage.
If you absolutely have to do both, consult a professional with a good reputation, and continue to have your hair maintained by a professional. If you cannot afford to go regularly you should invest in really good hair products. Redkin, Aveeda, Joico, and Paul Mitchell are a just a few. Check out this site for a little more info.

No. Color your hair first, then wait 1 to 2 weeks to add the perm. If you perm it first then color your hair, the color will come out differently. Make sure your hair is really healthy when applying all of these chemicals.

i dont think perms are too good for your hair maybe you should very slowly do all of those things so you dont kill your hair

You can but if you want to keep your hair in tact and healthy you need to go to a hair salon. I use to be a hair dresser and I have seen peoples hair fall out.

Yep go right ahead and get a perm you cna get one every 3 months but thats if your black i don't know about whit folk sweety !!
