whenver i get headache, i get swelling in my back of the neck and arms. i want to know why?

Yes, it comes from under the nails mostly and yes your lymph node swells up closest to your boil. Your doctor is an *** for not being concerned, that can kill you.

migraine headaches have quite a few manifestations some of which are what you have described but it is always advisable to seek medical advise because these may also be symptoms of something more dangerous

may be u have pinching nerves in the neck vertebra or spondulytis .check with orthopaedic doctor
