the Jelly stick from Rimmel...no liquid lip-liner, it about drove me nuts...the plane is so dry inside...so get that Jelly-(lip) stick from Rimmel of London at WalMart...2.50 dollars...

Yes. Liquids under 3 oz and chapstick are allowed in small zip lock bag.
However, be aware that upon your return, they have different and stricter security restrictions. Check with your airline/airport.

Chapstick and lip liner are allowed on the plane and don't have to go into your plastic bag for liquids and gels since they are "solid". It always pays to check with the TSA site: http://www.tsa.gov/travelers/airtravel/prohibited/permitted-prohibited-items.shtm

They'll confiscate them if they are too many ounces, or if they are not in a plastic bag. Make sure you tell them, or else they'll go through your stuff and take it without telling you
