The above answers are correct about GI Bleeding, However drugs such as Plavix can make it easier to bleed in general so Plavix and other anti-platelet drugs should be on your list. The other point to make is that taking large amounts of pills in general can also cause erosions, just by the very presence of the irritation the pills cause to the esophagus and stomach

Stay away from meds that are like aspirin: Celebrex, Vioxx, DayPro, Feldene...all antiinflammatories, even Ibuprofen. All of these cause erosion of the stomach and duodenal mucosa.
