Okay: Yes partly when I'm working out I wear my head phones so I won't be bothered. I know girls that don't mind being picked up at the gym, but I am not one of them I'm busy when I'm there & have no interest in guys I have a job to do & I want to get it done.
Top three things that will turn me off:
1. Any reference to sex
2. Any comments about my body especially my breasts
3. Pick up lines - Unless they are very out of the ordinary & unique/cute. Example: Hi do you know how much a polar bear weighs? (girl, no) Enough to break the ice, my name is _____. That to me is very cute & kinda funny (I'm from AK so Ice & Polar Bears are all around) Bad pick up line, Damn girl you have a mirror in your pants? (No why?) Cause I can see myself in them. - See not cute not funny, huge turn off. (Had that used on me. at least it didn't happen while I was at the gym)
Top three things that will make me interested:
1. (Nice smile) Hi how are you? My name is ____. Firm handshake.
2. Intelligent conversation I'm versed on a variety of different topics & I love a good debate or someone whom I can talk politics, religion, life, movies, books...& and all of the above at the same time! Hot.
3. Men who are not ashamed to talk about their love of God! I love a man who's willing to fight for what he wants & believes in.
Sometimes I'll try to insist on paying for my half or even paying for dinner after we've gone out on several dates, I make good money so I start to feel bad if they are paying for everything especially if I know I make more then they do. So for me no it doesn't. But I'm sure to some girls it does.

I'd also like to state that most woman are different on all of these questions depending on their stage of life & their age.

Number 3 almost never fails b/c everyone has had that bad day that they wanted to tell someone about. If I insist on paying my half of the bill, it is my way of saying I am not a gold digger and I dont mind if at times I have to pay for the whole meal. If I aint interested, I will let you pay for the whole meal so I can get at least one thing out of the date. Im 18.

I would say yes, I would wear headphones if I don't want to be bothered.
Top 3 Bad Things:
1. Talking trash about anyone.
2. Being crude or rude.
3. Being disrespectful to me or people we come across in our date.
Top 3 Good Things:
1. Making me laugh.
2. Being attentive and caring - asking questions about me, making sure I'm okay.
3. Above all, being respectful.
I don't think paying half the bill means she's not into you. Sometimes women just want to be independant. Don't take it as an insult or a diss. I personally feel bad if I make a guy pay for everything! I feel like he might think I'm taking advantage.

16, I do sometimes wear headphones when I'm bothered. And the top three things that will turn me off in a conversation with a guy is anything nasty, talking about his ex, and stuff that are just plain gross like talking about guts. The top three things to turn up a conversation is talking about hobbies and interests, talking about yourself, and just telling jokes! I love guys with humor! And the bill thing is a no. If I insist on paying my half of the bill, it means I don't want to be patronized by men. I can afford a meal. I wear headphones to listen to music, and when I don't want to be bothered, I say so. to make me interested, guys will talk about politics, music, and/or movies; to turn me off, they'll talk about a woman's place being the kitchen (which it's not), a liberal's place being hell (which it's not), and what they like to do with other girls. I'm 16.

I'm 19, I don't wear headphones unless I wanna listen to music. Top 3 things= Hey ny name is _______, how's it going, or a nice compliment like your hair is gorgeous, I love ur eyes, how's it going tonite? Just some seemingly harmless question or complimant will do the trick. Also, I first notice height/body, eys, personality/sense of humor. I love a guy that can make me laugh. I usually offer to pay my half of the bill on the first dates mainly b/c I'm not sure how he feels about paying plus I feel bad for not paying for myself, I don't want to come across as cheap or materialistic or like a gold digger. If a girl is out with you alone, it usually means she likes you and wants to come across as being nice by offering to pay for herself. But after a little insisiting that you will cover it, she will give in b/c who really wants to pay? Noone? Free stuff is nice. I hope this helps you a bit.

if you insist in starting a conversation with a girl in public, please let it be relative to something that is happening at that moment ( ex: grocery line is really long and cashier is taking forever). if she is interested-she will probably say something back or laugh with you about it. Most girls will pay for thier half the first couple of dates just because she doesnt want guys to expect anything at the end-if ya know what i mean. and im 26 so ive been there and done it kiddo ;)

If you always wear headphones, forget an answer because you are caught up in yourself. The top things are different for every person - your probably starts with sex, old girlfriends, and sex again! Pay the whole bill - you probably had to beg to get a date anyway! old enough to be experienced!
